If your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it, follow these steps within 24 hours:

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order.
  2. Check your mailbox and any entrances to your home.
  3. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  4. Look for a delivery attempt notice around your home.
  5. Contact the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) with your tracking number to start a claim.
  6. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before they arrive, so we recommend waiting 24 hours.

If 24 hours have passed and the package is still missing, contact our customer service with your claim number for further assistance. If the shipment is confirmed "missing," we will offer a replacement or a refund according to your preference.

Please note: Missing item inquiries must be submitted within 3 days of receipt for timely resolution. After this period, after-sales service may be limited due to factors outside our control.

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged Item?

  1. For freight shipments, sign "damaged" on the proof or delivery and inspect the item immediately.
  2. Keep the original packaging, as it's essential for processing any issues.
  3. Report any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items to customer service within 48 hours. Be sure to take pictures or a video of the issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping labels, to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  4. All inquiries regarding product issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt, along with the required photos or videos. After 14 days, we may not be able to assist due to external factors.

Note: We do not cover repair if unauthorized handyman services are used.

How Can I Estimate the Delivery Date?

  • Before Ordering: Each product page provides estimated delivery dates based on availability and location.
  • After Ordering: Visit My Account > My Orders for the most up-to-date order status. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Please Note:

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, delivery estimates are updated in real time on product pages.
  • For larger items shipped via freight, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Weekend and holiday deliveries are typically not available.

To Track your order:

  1. Click the membership icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Click Track Order for detailed delivery information.
  4. Some items may be shipped in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
