Start a Return: Email info@cooltbl.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item. We’ll respond within 3 business days.
Ship the Item: After approval, we’ll send instructions and the return address. Items returned without authorization won’t be accepted.
Refund or Exchange: We’ll inspect the item in 3-5 business days and issue a refund or replacement.

For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer pays return shipping.Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can cancel your order before it ships. After it’s shipped, cancellations are not possible.
