Return Policy
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt.
- Contact us at support@cooltbl.com to start the process. Please note, any damage caused by the customer is non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned with prior authorization.
- Returns must be within 30 days in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
- You need a receipt or proof of purchase, and returns must be shipped with tracking.
How to Return
- Start a Return: Email support@cooltbl.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item. We’ll respond within 3 business days.
- Ship the Item: After approval, we’ll send instructions and the return address. Items returned without authorization won’t be accepted.
- Refund or Exchange: We’ll inspect the item in 3-5 business days and issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer pays return shipping.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
